ASAPP Performs at the 2025 LAUSD Arts Festival

We’re proud to share that our ASAPP dancers from 75th Street Elementary had the incredible opportunity to perform at the LAUSD Arts Festival on Saturday, May 3, 2025! Held at the iconic Music Center Plaza in Downtown Los Angeles, the festival celebrated student creativity across the district—and ASAPP was honored to be part of it.

Our students brought their best to the stage with a high-energy performance showcasing their work in jazz, modern, and hip hop dance. Choreographed by Jan Geter-Roberson, Vage Webb and the students themselves, the routine was a powerful example of what young performers can accomplish when given space to express themselves through the arts.

It was a proud moment for our dancers, their families, and the entire school community. Performing at a citywide event gave the students a glimpse of what’s possible beyond the classroom—and reaffirmed our mission to empower young people through performance and cultural pride.
